Communication between staff and patient needs improving. Not knowing why we are waiting and length of wait causes frustration.
What was good was competence of staff.
Very good medically.

Sympathetic, empathetic and extremely helpful and supportive(Nurses and HCAs) Bank/staff agency far less so. Couldn't care less attitude and lackadaisical approach. Sometime intimidatory as you felt you were getting in their way and being a Nuisance.
